Refund Policy

At Top City Travels, we strive to ensure our customers have the best travel experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our service partners.

1. Cancellation Timeline & Charges

Refund amounts are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation request via email.

Cancellation Period Refund Percentage
30 Days or more before departure 90% of Total Amount
15 to 29 Days before departure 70% of Total Amount
7 to 14 Days before departure 50% of Total Amount
Less than 7 Days / No Show 0% (No Refund)

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain bookings are strictly non-refundable regardless of the timeline:

Note: Partial cancellations (e.g., reducing the number of persons) will be treated as a fresh booking and are subject to the same timeline charges above.

3. Process of Refund

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card) within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In case of trip cancellation due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, Top City Travels will try to provide a "Credit Note" for future travel instead of a cash refund, subject to vendor approvals.
