Welcome to Top City Travels. By accessing our website or PWA and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Full or partial payment must be made as per the package requirements to confirm a booking.
• We reserve the right to change prices due to sudden hikes in fuel, taxes, or vendor charges.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our standard cancellation rules are:

• 15+ days before travel: 90% refund.
• 7-14 days before travel: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days: No refund (depends on hotel/airline policies).

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information (Name as per Passport/ID). Top City Travels is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect data provided by the user.

4. PWA and Website Use

Our Progressive Web App is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any temporary technical glitches or offline data discrepancies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Top City Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transporters). We are not liable for any accidents, delays, loss of luggage, or natural disasters during the trip.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of these terms will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts where our head office is registered.
